Shipping & Returns

We're committed to making every Duggan Society order arrive beautifully and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

Complimentary US shipping on orders over $450.

For orders under $450, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All orders ship via UPS from our fulfillment center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery time: Standard delivery within the continental US is 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

A note on fragile items: Our tableware and glassware are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@duggansociety.com — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Returns

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return

How to start a return: Email us at info@duggansociety.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@duggansociety.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Final Sale

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
